We are looking for an experienced and energetic professional with sound understanding of Information Security, Cybersecurity products , Sales and channel Operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate for this position will succeed in this role if he/she has knowledge, technical depth, business acumen, passion for cybersecurity and is mission driven.
You will play a crucial part in helping drive technical sales, support and solution architecting for our partners and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Support CyberKnight sales and pre-sales teams for KSA across all phases (presentations, demos, POC’s, workshops etc.)
- Understand core technical aspects of the product portfolio, be able to clearly articulate the value proposition of each the solution along with competitive differentiators
- Deliver live product demonstrations and white board presentations to channel partners and customers
- Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) / proof-of-value (POVs) for regional customers
- Prepare well-crafted technical proposals / RFP responses
- Conduct technical enablement sessions and trainings for channel partners’ pre-sales teams
- Provide first level (or higher) of post-sales support, thereby maintaining and enhancing customer success
- Keep up to date on competitive solutions, products, and services and provide regular feedback on market dynamics
- Identify business opportunities in the market and build strong, long-term customers’ relationship
- Develop new sales leads and prospects.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably with vendors/large resellers/system integrators or distribution companies
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Relevant experience in doing presentations, demonstrations, conducting evaluations, POCs, POVs, preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, Tenders, etc.
- Strong client relationship building / interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of the Saudi market for IT Security, demonstrated network of trusted customer, partner contacts
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet & overachieve set KPI’s
- Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) with a focus on needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques
- Must be fluent in English and Arabic languages
