Support CyberKnight sales and pre-sales teams across all phases (presentations, demos, POC’s, workshops etc.)

Understand core technical aspects of the product portfolio, be able to clearly articulate the value proposition of each the solution along with competitive differentiators

Deliver live product demonstrations and white board presentations to channel partners and customers

Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) / proof-of-value (POVs) for regional customers

Prepare well-crafted technical proposals / RFP responses

Conduct technical enablement sessions and trainings for channel partners’ pre-sales teams

Provide first level (or higher) of post-sales support, thereby maintaining and enhancing customer success

Keep up to date on competitive solutions, products, and services and provide regular feedback on market dynamics

Identify business opportunities in the market and build strong, long-term customers’ relationship

Develop new sales leads and prospects.


Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) with a focus on needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques

Must be fluent in English and Arabic languages
